As an CFS- Financial Experience Business Admin, you will provide seamless support to a large team. The position requires excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work with multiple levels within Microsoft. Working successfully under pressure in a fast-paced team environment, building and maintaining effective working relationships, accommodating diverse work styles, and being fair and unbiased are essential to success in this role, along with attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and time management for the leader. This will include scheduling across multiple global time zones.
Build an understanding of what is critical to the business, allowing you to make the appropriate decisions which impact the Leaders time.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings. Drive agenda and maintain minutes of meeting and follow-up for action items.
Planning and executing coordination for morale events, offsites, All Hands events, quarterly business updates, weekly LT meetings and other regular occurring meetings.
Manage team head count, requisition execution and new employee setup.
Proactively plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements both domestic and internationally for the managers.
Prepare and approve expense reports with a strong understanding of compliancy.
Procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, asset tracking, and facility requests.
Manage team space for NHs, moves and space reshuffles by working with the other stakeholder such as RE&F and other team admins.
Process team POs and vendor accounts. Track them as needed.
Own and maintain discretionary team budget.
Manage and update team Distribution & Security Groups for new hires/exit employees.
Maintain high integrity and confidentiality.
Consistently demonstrate a “can-do”. Should be able to effectively work under pressure with significant time constraints and in ambiguous complex situations.
Ensure compliance with administrative operation policies & procedures.
Partnering with other EA’s and BAs within the organization

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

2-6 years of experience with Post Graduation or equivalent.
Effective written and verbal communications skills.
Has supported a senior leader in their previous experiences and has worked with groups or done group admin work before
Able to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment
Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism.
Desire to take on big challenges and the ability to see the big picture as well as the details.
Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.
Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong cross-team collaboration and organizational skills
Consistently demonstrate a can-do and customer service attitude
Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including, Word, Outlook, one note and Excel and PPT.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
