Job Title AM – HR Business Partner Role Summary:
This incumbent oversees the end to end employee lifecycle across designated business units, with a focus on talent management, engagement and retention. Primary responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection :
o Actively supports the hiring process specific to rehires, Internal Job Applications (IJP) and conducts HR interviews of shortlisted candidates
o Provides guidance, especially to new managers, on hiring strategy and approach based on business needs
o Acts as a liaison between recruiters and managers in case of hiring challenges and escalations
o Actively supports the background verification process, report verification and incident management
o In case of report anomalies, highlights and manages any subsequent action steps and processes required
o Ensures a seamless onboarding and new joiner experience for new employees
Talent Engagement, Management and Retention
o Conducts regular one on one and/or focus group discussions to understand employee pulse, challenges and engagement levels
o Develop coherent business processes relating to employees
o Leads and manages the quarterly 9 – box reviews with team leads for designated business units to continuously evaluate employee Performance and Potential across teams incl. succession planning for critical roles and maintaining a talent mobility list as applicable
o Identifies high performers and work with the supervisor towards their training and engagement needs
o Identifies low performers and recommend action steps, as appropriate
o Manages leadership connects and other cross-functional programs that enable continuous communication and discussion amongst employees and organizational leads
o Oversees employee engagement and team building activities for designated teams and enables employee participation
o Conducts retention and/or exit interviews with employees, as and when the need arises
o Handling employee relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare
Reports & Dashboards
o Build reports and scorecards to track key HR metrics, processes and progress
o Create reports to highlight employee feedback, inputs and risks based on employee engagement connects
o Analyze data trends and patterns, and agree on actionable insights to improve HR effectiveness
o Builds and presents quarterly HR dashboards to internal stakeholders, based on data analysis
Stakeholder Management
o Acts as the primary guide to the designated Business Unit stakeholders, advising them on all HR related team and employee matters
o Provides strategic inputs to improve HR processes and efficiencies
o Continuously builds and manages HR initiatives and programs that improve employee engagement and retention metrics
o Acts as the liaison between the business and HR CoE’s to enable effective partnership and proactive support
Skills: Essentials
We are looking for a Graduate with 4 – 7 years of experience and a strong inclination towards HR. If you like working with people and like the idea of developing them, then this is the right job for you. We are open to receiving Senior Analyst and AM level applications however please note, that this would be a lateral move for the selected candidate. Additionally, we would require:
Strong data orientation, analytical and presentation skills
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Good written & verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
