Role:Desktop Support
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Bangalore
Technical:
Good command of desktop and Laptop troubleshooting both software and hardware level.
Basic troubleshooting Linux / Ubuntu OS.
Basic understanding of Mac OS.
Communication: Decent communication as the person would also be a backup for client
