We are looking for professionals who can deliver the following:
Business Development: Source new clients, solicit business and maintain positive rapport.
First point of contact: Train and onboard clients.
Go-to Resource: Resolve clients’ inquiries on our products, policies and processes. Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards, news and trends.
Monitor Performance: Check performance of loan deliveries and take proactive measures for any foreseeable issues.
Empower Clients: Get feedback and identify the support needed for clients to excel.
