JOB Duties: Answering phone calls Creating work orders for the Project Manager’s to go out for estimates Responding to List requests and Google submissions Bidding some services over the phone when appropriate Typing and emailing customer estimates written by the Project Manager Following up with customers after emailing them estimates Processing customer payments Tracking accounts receivable and following up on unpaid invoices Filing of all types Other office duties as assignedSKILLS Needed:Must be able to be on time Multi-tasking Must sound energetic and friendly on the phone Microsoft Office proficient Good typing skills Able to work in a construction office environmentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR11,715.00 – INR31,155.00 per monthExperience:
