Designation: Officer – Program Delivery
Mode: On – site
Responsibiities:
Work with LCL’s and CI’s in area to ensure better program delivery and better conversions to higher levels
This is to be done by regular visits to LCL’s, observing the classes, discussing issues notices with the LCL and making an actionable report.
Ensure that the changes discussed are done by the LCL.
Ensure that CI’s are motivated in area by ensuring that their issues are sorted our quickly and professionally.
Ensure that CI’s in area are being trained at regular intervals.
Work closely with the Sr Manager Program delivery and Manager – Training to ensure the job objectives are met.
Support the Channels in events like competitions, CI meetings etc.
Work with Local Master Trainers closely to ensure that feedbacks are implemented in trainings as and when necessary.
Job Objectives: To ensure Higher Level Growth by improving the conversion ratio and ensuring levels are completed in time in area managed.
Eligibility:
Must be a graduate
Must speak good Tamil and English
Must have 1-2 years experience in sales and training.
