We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount and renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords. Realty Simplified, LLC is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Houston and its neighborhoods.If you have 2+ years experience in general office tasks such as: managing all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed contract to closing day; coordinate with title company and mortgage company; coordinate inspections, repair negotiations and confirm completion of repairs. Consistently communicate with clients, lenders, co-op agents, title, inspectors, etc; be able to analyze a HUD-1 and find errors; send emails on a weekly basis that summarize the transaction’s status, as well as informing the team of upcoming deadlines; manage/update client databases. Keep files in order, complete, and in compliance; coordinate closings schedules.At Realty Simplified, LLC we are currently growing very quickly and seeking a Transaction Coordinator to head up our expansion efforts.
