Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Associate who is fluent in the English & Hindi language and will be instrumental in helping us in curating and ideating content and running online campaigns for specific lingual groups and markets. Responsible for identifying original content creators( Health & Fitness Content Creators ), onboarding, and growing their portfolio on the platform. You will drive regular communication with the top user community and will be actively involved in increasing their engagement on our MOJ platform specifically for the Health & Fitness Category
What will you do:
Identify the emerging visual trends from the Indian and Global short video market.
Design ideas and determine audio for short videos that are easy to create and can go viral.
Identify the rising creators on the short-video platforms in India.
Focus on the Health and Fitness genre and grow it within the platform, by interacting with both creators and users in that genre to understand it better
Understand the creator’s interests and help them in creating better content by analyzing the content on the platform.
Analyze the performance of the challenges in the explore section by defining monitoring metrics and generating insights from the data.
Required Skill Set:
Cultural and Linguistic understanding of your language and community
Fluency in Hindi and English. (Read, Speak and Write)
Experience in handling health and Fitness genre
Basics skills in MS Excel.
Break down the reasons behind the popularity of short video trends.
Understanding of the popular social media trends, internet culture, blogs, audio, Long, and Short Video worlds.
