The overview of the role: Laundryheap is a fast-growing UK based tech startup revolutionising the laundry and dry cleaning industry. We pick up, clean & deliver within 24 hours. Our service is currently available in the UK, US, Ireland, Netherlands, Singapore and the UAE. After a successful start, we are all set to grow our young and dynamic team even further and continue our international expansion. We are now looking for a young energetic and detail-oriented individual to work for us in our overseas office (Bengaluru, India). As we are an international brand working with different time zones, we would require the potential candidate to be flexible to work in shift patterns (mostly nights) with us. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Logistics or Customer Support team based out of our London Head Office. Number of positions: Multiple Based on your industry and relevant years of experience, the designation will vary. If you are selected for Logistics Team, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Live scouts monitoring and support.
Optimising delivery times and areas; helping scouts collect and deliver as efficiently as possible.
Shaping and automating the process of how we operate and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Understanding of performance metrics to create analysis allowing to drive business results.
Providing real-time customer experience

If you are selected for the Customer Operations Team, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

An accurate and timely response through all communication channels including email / live chat.
Ensuring high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal communications to customers and internal stakeholders.
Liaising with all stakeholders to resolve all customer complaints in the most efficient and effective manner.
Shaping and automating the process of how we operate and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Various relevant KPIs allow us to drive business results and improve the overall customer experience.

Desired Skills:

Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
Basic Excel and Google sheets skills.
Proven work experience in transport/logistics management (for Logistics Team)
Proven work experience in email / live chat customer support experience (for Customer Operations Team).
Exposure to International process.
Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
To-do attitude and problem-solving state of mind.
Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.
Former experience in a tech start-up.
Experience working in a high-stress environment.
