Roles & Responsibilities: Follow up- All the tasks given by the Director/CEO to the organization members Act as the point of contact between the assigned officer and internal/external clients Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments Organizing travel and itineraries. Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings Manage and maintain Director/CEO’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements Act as the point of contact between Director/CEO and clients Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings Organizing and maintaining files and records Preparing and editing reports, presentation and sheets, forms, Docs. Facilitate internal communication Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications Receive and interact with incoming visitors Interact with external clients for Director/CEO Coordinate project-based work on behalf of the Director/CEO. Other tasks: Travel booking, Hotel booking, Dinner booking, repair and maintenance service booking, online orders on e-portals etc.Candidate’s requirements: 1. Post Name: Personal Secretary/ Office Secretary /Secretary to MD2. Qualification: Must be a Graduate from any recognized university. Should be well versed in modern secretarial practices. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.3. Experience: Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Personal Secretary/Office Secretary.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR30,000.00 – INR50,000.00 per monthSchedule:
