Job Description: Broad Area- Quality Assurance and Training.
will assist in the implementation of food safety standards, quality programmes as mandated by the internal quality
policy of the company andregulatory authorities.
will assist/conduct regular scheduled food safety training for employees.
will support CS team in review and respond to customer complaints and feed back to respective departments.
will assist in conducting internal audits and manage audits by third-party inspectors.
will assist in data analysis and preparing reports on food quality status to relay to top management.
will be in charge of the microbiology laboratory and carry out routine microbiological testing and operate the
microbiology laboratory as per company SOPs.
record keeping, updating and retrieval of all tests, inspections, QC logs as per requirement.
will line manage quality trainees
any other duties or deputation to meet the overall food safety and quality assurance objectives of the company.
Some travel required with occasional outstation travel for partner institution research programmes/ training field
staff/ QA implementation at other branches or training purposes.
Fieldtrip/Travel for the purpose of sampling collection and internal audits.
Should be conversant in computer skills.
