Job Title : Travel Coordinator
Purpose of the Job : Travel Management
Network & Links
Travel Agencies, Consulates/ Embassies, Leadership team, Finance, Local Authority.

Performance Measurement
Understanding and adapting of ALSTOM rules and process
Delivers on time with Quality as agreed.

Responsibilities
Travel policy implementation
Visa Management including Consulates/Embassies/VFS coordination
Travel Management Company coordination.
Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, train, road, hotels, insurance) and operations
Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors
Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
Provide advice on travel documents, insurance.
Handle corporate credit card programs.
Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
Drive continuous improvement of travel programs.
Guest House management
Forex management
Job Specifictions
Strong Knowledge on Visa Management / Consulates coordination
Required Experience/Skills
Previous experience of delivering on budget/time.
Good Presentation and MS Excel Skills
Working knowledge of procurement and negotiation and management of external contracts
Previous experience of managing an office services department.
Knowledge of the principles of office management including organization, workflow, forms, supplies, equipment, and procedures relating to filing, record keeping, correspondence, mail, procurement and duplicating.

Methodical in approach to tasks
Self-motivated
An effective time manager with the ability to multi-task
Strong business operational focus
Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
Team player, and able to work on own initiative

Qualification: Any graduation
Experience: 5 to 8 years
