Ensure that all the requests received via e-mail/phone/forms are logged accurately
Categorize the Request and assign them based on impact and urgency.
Follow-up with the engineers to get the tickets closed within the SLA
Communicate the status of tickets regularly to the user
Send the Pending tickets on all the business days.
