Task Source is looking for a Back Office Executive. Who is Exceptionally good Excel, English, system efficiency & confident, we are providing technical services to our USA clients by generating powerful & Flexible E-Commerce Website Platform from last 4 years. We are also engaged in Wholesale Diamond Trading Since 1998, we are located in the heart of New York City’s famed Diamond District on 47th Street & India’s cleanest City Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
We are looking for Back office Executive to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company and support with other duties related to office activity at our Indore Office (Address : 705, Princess Busines’ Skypark, Indore)
Freshers can also apply if they have good enthusiastic personality, problem solving techniques & good communication skills Role & Responsibilities
Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
Maintain data in Excel with V-lookup, H -lookup, Trim, Pivot, Filters.
Operating Computer and Internet, receiving and replying emails.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Operational Requirements
The Candidate should have good knowledge about excel, word & PowerPoint.
The candidate should have ability to work under pressure.
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Should stay positive in difficult positions.
The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
The candidate having diploma in computer application will be preferred.
The candidate having minimum of 6 months experience in backend operations will be preferred
Candidate must be a graduate and should be comfortable working in Night Shift.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as there is versant round as well
Excellent Written & Oral Communication & Presentation Skills.
Solve a wide range of complex problems using professional concepts and company policies and procedures in imaginative and practical ways.
Strong Experience on Troubleshooting / Debugging skills needed to check journal entries.
Proactively chooses to learn and utilize new skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic & Confident individual.
Shift timing: – 7.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST.
