Job Description
Manage finances of individual centres by smart audit, checks & procedures. Manage and monitor budgets, controls, and provide a framework for expense control. Providing financial report to management and keep accounting up-to-date.Responsibilities and Duties
Handling payments to vendors and payroll on time,
Everyday reconciliation of credit card & cash payments,
Daily Tally Entries, monthly reports
Preparing financial statements, P&L, etc
Manage and monitor budget and keep expenses in control
Overall manage finances of the company
Working with the CA to ensure we are fully tax compliant and ensuring we file our taxes in time
Managing cash flow, and cost management (ways to save costs) & improve financial performance of the company
