Job Description :
Maa Reva Vedic Food Research is a social enterprise working as a contract farming & clean healthy organic food manufacturer, processor, and exporter. The company is part of US subsidy and focuses on tribal and women’s livelihood via employment through artesian food, forest herbs, and dairy product manufacture and sale. Company work as a third-party manufacturer for India and Overseas Food Brand. Our group organization has a presence in 5 countries and its business portfolio is spread in Organic Farming, Machinery Import, Food Consulting, Business Consulting, Ayurveda Herbs.
We are looking for energetic candidates with food industry background for the post of QA/QC Executive at our new startup venture Tavastha Ayurveda ( Organic & Ayurveda Consumer Food & Health Product Brand)
Job Responsibilities :
To work with company impanel Senior Food consultant on recipes execution Training of workers at processing units for respective food production & packaging as per fssai norms.
QC/Audits of company processing units in different districts for product delivers as per hygiene & international acceptance standard
Food Documentation & Certification work for domestic & international agency .
Compliance work for all units & the central unit for US & International market.
Establishing and maintaining end to end QA systems for Raw materials, Finished Goods.
Front ending QA operations Co-ordination with various internal and external stakeholders on QA and legal compliance etc.
Quality testing of raw materials and finished products and preparing dossier for FSSAI compliance.
Providing solutions for manufacturing issues Development of labels as per FSSAI regulations, Verification of label artwork as per legal metrology Co-ordination with TPM for product development, scale-up, and batch quality assurance.
FSSAI, legal metrology license application and modification Coordination for legal metrology cases with FDA about seized products Testing and examining samples.
Keeping record of product inventory at warehouse as per batch code & monthly transit
Supervision of packaging executive to keep watch on quality parameters of hygiene packaging
Execution & Audit of SOP in production and packaging .
Must be comfortable in travelling between company packaging unit and manufacturing unit located in other districts in MP
Qualification :
1 year experience working in food industry packaging , qc department.
Bachelor/Master degree in food science
Have own vehicle to commute
Freshers can only apply if they are willing to sign bond for 2 years after they complete 3 month probation period .
Good command on English
Fair knowledge on Food certification
Salary : 12000-19000 (Depending on candidate experience and skill )
IMP Note: Candidate will be working at our startup processing warehouse , must be open for multitasking in operation department . We are looking for candidate who are looking for stable growth and open for learning .
