Motor TP legal and TP investigation knowledge is must.
Gathering and Analyzing the facts and developing evidence.
Meeting with law enforcement agencies like, Police, Law, other Govt agencies in order to take the case into logical conclusion.
Ensuring to convert suspect cases into cogent evidences.
Implementation of Forensic Technology and Accident reconstruction for concrete Evidence.
Using databases or conducting surveillance to obtain background and personal information on claimants.
Working in close coordination with Legal / Claims team
FIR filing on fraud identified cases
Making recommendations regarding the disposition of a case
