Position Summary:

Citrix is looking for an enthusiastic, personable, aspiring HR professional to join the team as an Associate HR Generalist. In this role, the Associate HR Generalist will work closely across the HR team, our clients and will learn what it means to be a collaborative HR business partner. Our ideal candidate thrives on problem solving, looks for efficiency in everything they do, sets high standards for themselves, and has an eye for data and details. The successful candidate is adaptable to change, eager to make an impact, and demonstrates excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills.

Role Responsibilities:

Create and process system changes to support employee life-cycle changes including promotions, title and salary adjustments, supervisor changes, terminations, etc.
Preparing reports and providing detailed information related to HR Metrics and business needs; providing assessments and analysis of trends, opportunities and changes
Take part in global, regional and/or local projects and ad hoc administrative tasks and initiatives that support the business
Communicate with team members, advising on employee policies and practices and answering Human Resources related questions and queries – escalating to the HRBP team as necessary
Provide general reports and ad hoc data to business clients
Learn to navigate the HR organization, building effective relationships across the HR Centers of Excellence to optimize effective partnerships and processes
Proactively provide innovative ideas and suggestions for process improvements
Perform various data gathering, data entry/submission and analysis as requested
Liaise and collaborate with internal partners including Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, IT, and HR Operations to ensure resolution of day-to-day employee issues or redirect to appropriate contacts.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
Flexible, organized, with an ownership mindset
Highly proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Strong ability to review, manipulate, organization and analyze large data sets
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work efficiently and effectively individually and with others
Experience in a large, complex organization preferred
Proven experience in a role that required strict confidentiality, outstanding organizational skills and ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in stressful situations
Proven success building and maintaining constructive and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, supervisors and other employees at various levels across an organization
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and grow your HR skills and knowledge
Ability and willingness to handle operational and administrative duties
