You will be defining our employer partnership strategy ground up by showcasing MyCaptain positively to corporates for jobs, internships and freelance gigs for our learners. You, along with your team, will be shaping mentees for job and internship readiness. You will be leveraging your network and contacts and reaching out to HR Heads of various companies and increasing employability and internship opportunities for our mentees. You will be working in a fast moving and dynamic environment with an opportunity to scale a start up from pre-series A to the end of Series A funding. We are quite unconventional and bullish in the non-academic space and would love to see our learners pursue new age and unconventional roles, resonating their true calling.The Work- What will you do at MyCaptain?
Resolve product problems via email, phone call, Live Chat and social media by clarifying the customer’s complaint
Gather feedback from the customers and analyze customer data to identify the best practices to make their experience consistent and seamless
Represent the voice of the customer and build a good interpersonal relationship with the customers
Ideation and Automation of the support channels

What is the structure and team like?This role would report to the Customer Support team lead. We are currently working remotely till we receive an official announcement that it’s safe to start working from the office.
