Roles And Responsibility :

High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, team members and customers.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
Collaborate and communicate, on behalf of the co-founders with the leadership team, external partners and other internal stakeholders across various functions, often with discretion and confidentiality.
Manage work tools for the co-founders – email to achieve ‘inbox zero’, drafting meeting notes, effective management of calendars, etc.

Manage Calendar and schedule meeting for Co-founders.
Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities/high sense of urgency.

Plan and execute all travel need of Co-founders.
Prepare Trackers, communicating to respective team members on update.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner and be prompt at responding to urgent requests.

Requirements:

Any Graduate / MBA professionals with 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
Professional level of verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Must have experience in Travel Management.
Must have Presentation Skills.
Highly Skilled in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
Must be efficient in Calendar Management Tools and Social Media Platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Highly skilled and passionate with strong work ethics and attention to detail to serve as a liaison between Directors, Executives and other external stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical skills and presentation skills.
