Roles & Responsibilities Supervise the daily manufacturing operations You have strong production planning skills, organizing production schedule, and assigning personnel Material planning and Inventory management – selecting, ordering & purchasing materials Accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. You can drive continuous improvement when it comes to safety, quality, and cost Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintains quality control by establishing and enforcing organization standards Facilitate and verify appropriate training for employees Resolves personnel problems by analysing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action.
