Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.
Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications.
Track all communications on phone, whats-app and google my business.
Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments and updating invoices.
Checking and follow ups for cart abandonments.
Handle refund, session rescheduling, session booking, sharing links.
Answer queries related to session, therapists available, their profile and support with booking.
Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications.

This is open to psychology graduates passionate about making lives easier for those coping with mental health concerns. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, presentable and most importantly an empathetic human being.

Working Conditions
This is a full time role at Heart It Out and not an internship.
Please Note: This is a full time role in Bangalore and requires 8 hours a day and has two shifts, morning and night shift. The night shift can be from work from home but would require them to visit the office twice a week day shift.
