Your contribution will help customers achieve their dream of purchasing their home, you will need to be a highly motivated team member with self-starter skills that can take accountability when working alone.
Your responsibilities
Adhere to the Code of Conduct . The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
Your responsibilities include:
Processing documentation within agreed turnaround times, ensuring consistent accuracy in a high volume environment.
Applying sound risk management practices by pro-actively identifying and responding to risks and reporting them as necessary.
Providing high levels of internal customer service by working with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues.
Participate in end to end User Acceptance Testing of new documents and solutions.
Raise operational continuous improvement suggestions identified while completing tasks.
Your skills & experience
Prior experience in data entry or processing experience in Banking is preferred(1- 2 years).
Ability to think analytically and have great attention to detail in order to solve problems.
A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer literacy including MS Suite.
