SummaryThe project co-ordinator will be responsible for managing resources to deliver different multimedia projects, like websites, communication design, content development, social & digital media services etc.
Key responsibilities
Interact with clients to understand the project requirements.
Document project requirements in detail.
Interact with team members/ vendors to explain the project requirements.
Manage projects, milestones, tasks etc using our internal project management tools.
Monitor project execution and ensure tasks are completed as per plan & quality defined.
Review output work from the team.
Deliver projects to clients as per approved scope & requirement.
QualificationsCandidates must have excellent communication skills (written & oral skills) in English + Kannada + Hindi
Must be well organized and must have an eye for detail.
Must have very good computer skills including
emailing, browsing, social media (FB/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn/Youtube)
Organizing files in computer, Backup of data
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerpointKnowledge of the following areas on an overall process level are required:
Websites & website development process
Graphic design process
Advertising
Content development process (writing/ photography/ video development)
