This independent contractor role is part of a virtual team from around the world with company headquarters and in-person operations in California. We’re looking for someone to join our team and provide diligent support, comprehensive coordination of short-term rental properties, online marketing of resale properties, plus effective communication with the entire virtual team. New responsibilities will be regularly communicated to the Contractor. Due to the fast growth being experienced within the Company, this position requires ultimate flexibility in adjusting to the best position that matches the Coordinator’s aptitude, skills, and experience with company opportunities and needs.Short-term Rental Properties Analysis and Communication: Support with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and guest communication for all short-term rental properties. Assist with smooth guest communications and turnover including coordinating with vendors, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure an excellent guest experience. Technical administration of online booking platforms, various apps, and software tools used in back-office operations. Maintain inventory and supplies with the help of housekeeping including placing new supplies orders online. Conduct new property analysis for potential future acquisitions, make contact with sellers and agents to facilitate presenting offers in order to assist in the expansion of new markets and additional rental properties.Dispositions Marketing: Prepare marketing materials for outbound disposition of available properties including email and text campaigns in a timely manner. Posting and promoting all properties via various online methods including Craig’s List, company website, company Facebook page, online investor forums and websites, Facebook Marketplace plus any and all channels that arise in the future.Dispositions Coordination: Support the dispositions team in a variety of ways including; maintaining property status dashboard (spreadsheet), coordination and scheduling of inspections, sending documents and following up with interested parties, investigating property history or special situations that arise, helping with special projects, building relationships with new investors and realtors, and bringing ideas to the table to help the team be more successful and efficient in our efforts to resell properties.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, FreelanceSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
