The opportunity We are looking for a professional to support our Supply Chain Services (SCS) Engagement & Messaging (E&M) team, that is part of the function’s Business Management Office. You will report to the Messaging Lead in the administration and support of SCS Engagement and Messaging media channels and the technology used to manage and drive our strategic programs. You will be responsible for maintaining several Modern SharePoint sites, including audience access, content updates and page development. Ideal candidate will be familiar with Power Automate and identify and build opportunities for automation. This position will also demand keen communication and coordination skills, including scheduling and preparing executives, managing projects with partnering with internal agencies, and managing multiple projects and priorities in tandem. You will also provide creative design support, including page layout, image sourcing, presentation formatting and audio/video editing.

Your key responsibilities

Manage multiple SharePoint sites, including adding content, pages and functionalities
Build and maintain access groups (O365 Groups and OneAccess)
Build basic Power Automate flows to drive efficiencies
Coordinate production of audio (podcast) and video productions, including basic editing
Ensure compliance with web templates, design and brand guidelines
Source new images where needed
Continually review and optimize priority content based on its performance against KPIs; stakeholder, project team and audience feedback; and changes to the platform or approach
Oversee the production of complex multimedia design and/or digital development by internal resource groups
Support Messaging Lead development and management of communication channels
Research new technologies to leverage and share ideas to elevate the SCS identity and message
General support to the Engagement & Messaging team to drive strategic programs and deliverables
Build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues, peers, partners and constituents

Skills and attributes for success

3+ years experience in multimedia design and development
Self-motivated towards continuous learning and upskilling
Demonstrate strong organizational, coordination skills and structured thinking abilities
Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral), able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders
Creative with strong attention to detail and desire to produce exceptional and exciting deliverables
Display a positive attitude, interest to learn new things, capability to work under pressure and thinking out of the box
Effective team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently
Strong interpersonal skills – Confidence, maturity and ability to build strong relationships

Experience in Talent, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or HR related programs and services is not required, but preferred

Ideally, you’ll also have

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is recommended
Excellent Office365 suite capabilities, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, O365 Groups and Stream
Proficient in Modern SharePoint and Power Automate
Proficient multi-media design (Premiere Pro or similar)
