Unimaple Modutech is a Modular Furniture Based Industry with overall 10 years of experience in this industry. We are looking for a Store Supervisor who have atleast 2 experience in industry.
Store Head will look after daily operation of the store
Administrate different tasks and monitor inventory
Train new staff and helper to work as company’s requirement
Arrange transportation as per the urgency of material with least price.Co ordinate the handling of freight
Return the damaged or improper material and order new and appropriate material
Product management including receiving , handling damaged products and return
Reduce overstock and assure to receive material for projects
Manage dead stock detail and arrangement of its use
Inspect deliveries for damage and discrepancies
Report to concern parties for damage material , insufficient material or access material
Implement best standards to provide customer service in store
Co ordinate with powder coating ,furnishing and other job work agencies
Daily entry of all issue material
Follow the demand note process and issue material to the departments accordingly
Manage minimum required stock for the production
Get the required material detail from coordinator and issue the same
Coordinate with outside agencies for powder coating ,furnishing and job work
Prepare dead stock report every month and discuss the utilization for the same
Monthly physical stock verification for different categories of products
Get project status report and compare issued and utilized material
Arrange transportation as per dispatch schedule
