Responsibilities:
Provide personalised care to our patients
Coordination between doctors/patients and departments
Supervision and coordination of billings
New patient follows up & maintaining and following up daily patients (new and old).
Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports.
Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow
Cost counselling the patient on treatment advised by doctors
Understand patient profile & problem
Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey
Act as a single point of contact for the patients
Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure
they understand our value proposition
Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services
Create or increase interest in our service offerings
Should Travel around HSR Koramangala to till Jayanagar.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s required – Medical field preferred
Excellent communication skills
Experience 1 to 3 years, preferably in healthcare industry
Open to a start-up environment
Ability to develop and maintain good public relations
CTC – 2.5 to 3.5L PA based on experience
Should be fluency in Kannada, English & Hindi or Telugu, Tamil
Prepared immediate joiner
6 Days working
Please be noted own Laptop is mandatory to consider the candidate
